Milly Rem
Milly Rem sings from the cultural place nuclear PR often tries to claim: rural communities, host counties, family values, working people, churches, farms, rivers, winter-storm memory, seed inheritance, obituary boxes, and ordinary people who were expected to absorb the cost of systems they did not control.
Milly Rem is Corium Records band #46, a Granbury, Texas / Comanche Peak country Anti-Nuclear Hardship Country vocalist. Her world is warm 8-track truck-cab fidelity, seed-saving inheritance, cold houses, warm rivers, county obituaries, plant-gate promises, and a feminine Texas-country witness voice carrying the question the bureaucracy never put on the form.
